Seeking full-time employees- General Labor-Designers-Drivers Flexible work hours Need to be available weekends and Holidays Please reply to post with a brief description why you would be a great fit for our team. General Labor Duties include: Processing new arrivals Cutting and sorting flowers Organizing and restocking vases on shelves Emptying buckets of water/ changing water in buckets Sweeping and Taking out trash Organizing and cleaning walk ins. Caring for house plants Inflating balloons Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn basic knowledge of flowers and care Ability to Lift at least 30LBs Be reliable and on time Have reliable transportation Be able to follow directions Have good work ethic and time management skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to push and pull carts with heavy loads Must be available during the weekends and holidays Must be willing to work in cold environments. Designers: Duties include: Filling small and large orders Prepping and caring for flowers. Organizing and keeping the shop clean. Emptying flower buckets. Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year experience as a flower designer or florist. Must be able to work in cold temperatures Must be able to lift 30lbs Must be creative and passionate about flowers. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to follow directions. Must have a positive attitude. Drivers: Must have valid driver’s license Must have a clean driving record. Must have basic reading and writing skills. Must have basic knowledge of maps. Must have an Andriod or Iphone compatible with our route planner app.
