Need Mechanic to install belt, 2004 Ford 5.4L F150

I am old man that has to hire people to get things done. I have this F150 that I put on a new serpentine belt when I had a guy install a new water pump. This belt has less that 100 miles on it and is already starting to shred. Figure we will replace idlers, as needed and troubleshoot the problem and fix that. Maybe the tensioner. This truck has 137,000 miles. It is clean to work on...... I hope to have a guy asap. I have all the tools needed. This needs to take place in my driveway, because I cannot leave the house because of elderly with alzhiemers to watch. I also will need a right front fender installed on a '96 F350 Powerstroke, 4x4, crewcab dually and it could use a new set of glowplugs. It also needs the engine pressure washed underneath. I also have a 2002 International 4700 series truck that I nee help with figuring out the electrical system. I have tried to find an owners manual but can't find or order one online, so I have no information on this truck and will pay to get it... it runs fine at moment. I can pay $25/hr and up. Depending on your level of expertise... I have work all the time and really want to meet a guy from Redmond area. Shop work, metal fabrication. I do gold mining equipment and might build a sluice box or get another gold dredge, I have a small jaw crusher and test gold ore also..... I have alot of landscaping type work also, pruning bushes. I have a facebook group called Redmond Oregon ISO/help wanted and can't find anybody... It's not that hard of a job.
