FULL-TIME HELP WANTED Established Construction Company in West Sacramento is looking to hire a leads and laborers for our Construction Team. Experienced construction leads/worker/laborers with basic carpentry skills for residential repairs with knowledge in bathroom and kitchen remodel, replacing subfloor, drywall, drywall patch, general carpentry, framing, decking, fencing, dry rot repair, flooring, paint, and other various renovation related tasks and must be able to multitask. Year round work. These is a full-time positions. Typically Monday through Friday 8 am- 4:00 pm, but could include some weekends on occasion. **Pay based on skill level** QUALIFICATIONS: Construction experience 2 year minimum IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Team Oriented, yet can work independently English speaking, reading and writing A MUST, Spanish a plus Good communication skills with co workers and clients Self and Goal Motivated Polite and professional to customers Clean and organized on job sites Attention to Detail Valid Driver's License Meet Deadlines Looking for Advancement in our Company Must use hand and power tools safely and effectively. ** MUST Own basic construction tools** **Own reliable truck huge plus** The office is in West Sacramento, we do work throughout the greater Sacramento area, transportation to work sites or to meet up with crew a must, being able to drive to work sites in your own reliable truck even better.
