Our company does Parking Lot Maintenance for commercial clients, we've been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for a Laborer to fill a parking lot cleaning crew. The job requirements are: Drive our vehicle to client sites, empty garbage cans, hand pick garbage out of parking lot landscaped areas, clean up dumpster areas, wipe down window ledges. Some heavy lifting may be required. This is a Day time position - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - Shift starts at 7:00am, shift end time varies by day of the week. Total hours per week approximately 40. ** IMMEDIATE START ** PERMANENT POSITION ** Position requirements: Must have a clean and valid NY State driver's license. Must have own transportation to get to our yard. Must be able to communicate clearly in English Please be prepared to complete a W-4 at start of employment.
