We property manage 125+ units in the greater Baltimore region, from PG co to Balt co to Harford co. If we get on the same page it means that we'd contact you first on all plumbing matters that come up in the units we oversee. We don't have plumbing work every day but will have a few each month to contact you about. Pay rate will be two forms, 1. the standard service call fee + repair cost. 2. pre-negotiated job fee for specific tasks (water tank, drain clean out) etc. We pay by Zelle, cash app, paypal, any online form available. Have an open task we'd like to try out with a plumber. The outside clean out cap pop'd off, drain is going fine, likely a pressure issue somewhere. We'll pay a $80 service fee + repair costs as appropriate. There's also a hotwater tank replacement job on the same property site, not broken yet but is due for change. Requirement: -Qualified plumber licensed on dllr. -Have own tools and appropriate vehicle for work. -Decent turn around time and availability to handle tasks. The plumbing work is contracting basis. We do have ongoing handyman apt work that's also readily available for people that want to take on additional work, goes by hour or days for handyman items.
