ATEX is looking for all levels of experience construction workers! We're looking for concrete, trenching and basic construction knowledge. Certifications preferred, but willing to train. Greenhand • Experience Level 0-6 months • Rate of Pay $16 • OSHA 10 Required. • Basic Safety Training • Valid State I.D. or License Civil Tech 1 • Experience Level 6-18months • Rate of Pay $18 • OSHA 10 Required. • Basic Safety Training. • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, equipment operation, excavation, concrete work and finishing, construction measurements, grading leveling, dirt work. • Valid Driver’s License • Necessary math skills (i.e geometry, measurements) • Ability to read and understand somewhat construction drawings, typicals, and specifications. Civil Tech 2 • Experience Level 2+ years • Rate of Pay $20+ • OSHA 10 required. First AID and CPR required. • Heavy Equipment Operation Certifications (i.e. Skidsteer, Excavator, Trencher, Roller and Plate Compactors, Concrete Mixers, ect) • Additional Certifications (I.e. Welding, Electrical, Tower Technician, Climbing, Rigging and Rescue, any other applicable certifications) • Personal Toolbag/ Toolbox • Capable of executing a Tailgate Meetings and General Reporting (I.e. expense reports, daily updates, photos for close-out) • Valid Driver’s License • Decent Driving Record to be approved by Company Auto Insurance • Capable of pulling trailers and heavy equipment. • Basic Knowledge in Computer Reporting and Applications • Necessary math skills (i.e geometry, measurements) • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, typicals, and specifications. Crew Lead • Experience Level 4-5+ years • Rate of Pay $25+ - Adjusted with prior experience, time with the company. • OSHA 30 required. RF Awareness required. Hazardous Waste Management required. First AID and CPR required. Bloodborne Pathogens required. Job Hazard Analysis Training. PPE • Heavy Equipment Operation Certifications (i.e. Skidsteer, Excavator, Trencher, Roller and Plate Compactors, Concrete Mixers, ect) • Additional Certifications (I.e.
