Warehouse Forklift Operator Position Summary: The Warehouse Forklift Operator works with minimum supervision and as part of a team to receive, inspect, pick, re-work, inventory, document, load, and ship unitized and non-unitized products. This position requires a combination of manual labor and extensive use of industrial equipment (e.g. forklift, electric pallet jack, stretch-wrapper, pallet inverter, etc.). A Warehouse Forklift Operator must maintain a commitment to safety, strong math skills, and the ability to use computer equipment such as RF barcode scanners, computers, and printers. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of the Warehouse Forklift Operator: • 2+ years of recent warehouse and forklift experience is preferred. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 40 lbs. • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work overtime as needed. • High school diploma/GED required.
