i hate to do this but i have no choice now. i have a cat Aela whom i have had for 5 1/2 years. everything has been fine up until she had her kitten 2 days ago. she has become aggressive to her other daughter and to my 4 year old. also attempting to nip at my 6 month old a few times. i love this cat to death but i cannot have her scratching up my family. up until this point, shes extremely shy. and once she gets to know and bond with you shes fine. before her kitten she even rubbed up against my youngest and kneaded beside her. shes just an extremely protective mother this time around. however i am going to be extremely picky on who she goes to. so here are my rules, if you cannot follow them, you will not get her. there will be a contract you have to sign at pickup so i am assured she will be ok. 1) no declawing. If you dont like cats with claws, dont get a cat. 2) only women. shes shy and skittish around men. still not sure why. 3) no kids in house, no kids that visit the house (cousins, neice, nephew) especially while she has her kitten. if your planning on having kids in the next 10 years, this isnt going to work for you. 4) you cannot take her and the kitten, then just dump her. the kitten can be rehomed when weaned. this add it just for Aela. shes the one you will keep. 5)no other cats. she does better and feels safer alone. she doesn't even get along with her daughter. fhis kitten will be no different. may be it for now. possible i could add more. this is a cat you will have the rest of her life. if you are not prepared or not sure you can do that, do not respond to this ad. $50 rehome fee to show im serious. as you should be to. this is not a light commitment.
