Mixed breed puppy needs new home

Description
I'm rehoming a 5 1/2 month old mixed breed puppy. He is American Staffordshire Terrier, Labrador Retriever, Boxer, and German Shephard. He knows basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, shake a paw, roll over, etc. He likes to play, "pick a hand", fetch, and tug-of-war. He's very intelligent, obedient, and perceptive. With the right training he'd be a great service dog. He is highly treat motivated and learns very quickly. He loves cut up apples, carrots, and other dog friendly treats. He has an appointment coming up in September to get neutered and update his shots. Regrettably, I have to find him a new home before that time. I would like him to be with somebody experienced or knowledgeable about his breed, able to give him plenty of exercise and have time to spend with him. The ideal home will have a fenced yard that he can run around in, an owner that will treat him like their best friend and would never resort to inhumane ways to raise him (no shock collars, etc.). I'd like him to go to a home that will be able to take him to the vet for regular checkups and take care of all his financial needs (food, treats, etc. ). He is a really good boy. He's still learning some manners, how to walk on a leash without pulling, among other things. Occasionally he will bark if I leave but he quiets down within minutes, or if someone comes to the door, and he'll whine quietly if he needs to go outside. When he gets overly excited it can be kinda difficult to get him to listen. He will jump up on some people and will stop only after he calms down. At times he'll bite lightly, never aggressively and only when he's being playful, he just needs a gentle reminder to stop. For the most part he's grown out of the play biting or "mouthing". He will come with all of his toys, collars (regular and flea/tick), a no-pull harness, leashes (a 30-foot training and a reflective one for walks), bowls, a large kennel, his food/treats, professional nail trimmer, and any other belongings he has. He's been with me since he was 6-weeks old, born in February 2021. I am asking a rehoming fee of $250 to ensure he will be cared for. He deserves the best. There are so many good things I could write about him and if you'd like to know more about him or have any questions I can be reached by email. Please tell me a little about yourself when replying. Serious inquiries only.
