Do U have newborn puppies? Can my single pup play?

My female shih-tzu gave birth to a single puppy which w/b going on 2 weeks old by the end of this week. I've been reading articles on singleton puppies & swimmer puppies - both of which I never heard of. I don't want my only and last puppy I'll ever have to become a problem "singleton" or a disabled "swimmer". So after she turns 3 weeks old, articles suggest she gets periodically placed with another litter of the same age to play with and to develop normally. She is being well-fed by her mama and is getting fat b/c of being the only one. I'm exploring the articles suggestion wherein I'm thinking that I would like to bring her over to your family of pups of same age for a few hours maybe, on weekends, to get some socialization early on as is suggested during "play-dates" to learn from other litter-mates. If this is something you would consider trying out, then I am hoping to find someone in my general area for convenience - near Galleria Mall / Sunset Station Casino. Thank you.
