My name is Yomaly De Jesus,  I've  been a professional educator with a license by the Department of Early  Education and Care. I have 19 years of experience in caring children. I worked with newborns, toddlers and preschoolers I currently have openings for ages 3 months to 5 years old. Besides working at my home child care, I used to work for  a different Child Care center, as a teacher. Then I made the decision to open my own family day care. Yomaly Family Child Care opened it's door in July 2007 with an EEC license for ten children. I'm a certified in First Aid,CPR, Child Development Associate (CDA) and with a two year associate degree in Early Childhood Education. In Addition, I continuously take  training and courses in the field of Early Childhood Education.   I will offer your child: *A safe and nurturing environment that promotes support for the child's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. *Free choices- Fun learning environment where they can explore and develop their enthusiasm and creativity. For example we do circle time, reading, cultural education and Arts & Crafts.  I support the philosophy that children " learn through play".  I allow creative stimulating, hands on experiences for children to " play while learning".    *Nutritious meals are approved from the state of Mass. The children are provided with Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dinner. *Planned activities and a followed curriculum according to the children's age. I take the children outdoors( playground), library, field trips as in the Zoo. I provide the children with a lot of writing materials. *I provide songs, stories and words in print are all incorporated onto the bilingual program. Hours are Monday- Friday, from 7:00AM-5:00PM.
