Iso forklift operator to unload 1 item off truck

Buying a machine from minnesota and need a forklift operator who either has a forklift or we can rent it and can do the 1 lift off the truck when it gets here. Not sure if I can rent it since uncertified. I cannot make the purchase until I have this figured out. Any suggestions welcome!
