Maintenance position available immediately with a small property Management Company located in NW Washington, DC. Candidate should be able to perform electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, turnover and general repairs. Qualified Candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance schedules in building public areas as per the company standards and troubleshooting daily maintenance tickets. Vehicle and valid driver’s license required. Experienced and certified bilingual candidates preferred. Full Time: 40hrs/week. Should be willing to work on-call.
