Rehoming Great Pyraneese/lab mix $150

Wanting to rehome our dog to a good home with a lot of yard space or land. We live in a townhome and have a very small back yard. His name is Oscar. He knows commands like sit, lay down, and no bit still needs some training and neither of us have the time to do it since we both work a lot. He’s potty trained but neither of us leave him in the house alone when we are both gone so we don’t know how he would act inside alone for long periods of time. He gets along great with other dogs, cats and it kid friendly. Not aggressive at all. We have a very small yard and he jumps the fence everyday and chews on things we leave in the yard like the water hoses and such and basically anything plastic. We’re asking $150 because we to make sure he goes to a good home and family that will also send us pics and updates of him every once in a while. He is overall a good boy though and really loving.
