These white beautiful wild flowers that come from the "filler seeds" of horse food, are shading out my pasture and need to be pulled. They are Shallow rooted, and 3 foot tall, and I can pull them up easily, toss them into the sky, and when they fall the dirt falls off and the roots die from exposure from the sun. I need help. The flowers are in bud and once their in flower the seed pods will form and start all over again.
Also, I am "Hard of seeing", and the Commission for the blind set up my computer so I can send you this message, but when I walk in the pasture, I trip on sticks that fall from the trees, so I need help to pick up the sticks and lay them off to the side or toss them into the center island, that the goats use for fun, and I don't walk there. So I need volunteers to help me put the sticks out of the way so we can walk freely in the pasture.
This would be a nice family service project, or for boys and Girl scouts, Eagle project. Not good for elementary school children or younger, because the "goat named Piglet" is very loving and culd knock them down. The Donkey is also very spoiled and wants attention and could knock a smaller person down just asking to be petted. I am Carole Moore, the Whi farmers daughter, and can use all the help I can get. Call me this week while it's cool in the field
