Adara Communities is looking for a hard working and dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter for one of our properties in Cypress, TX. Job Requirement: *Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property including curb appeal and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings *Trash pick-up: grounds, garages and common areas *Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready *Power wash sidewalks, entry areas, common areas, pool deck, breezeways, etc. *Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Property Manager/Lead Maintenance Supervisor that will enhance the visual presentation of the property *Stable work history is a plus *Apartment Experience is a plus *Must have reliable transportation We offer full benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, Paid Vacation, Rent Discounts, and Education Assistance. **Please apply ONLY if you live or can relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of this specific property location** Please submit your resume via email.
