Flynn Management is looking for a Full Time Porter/Maintenance Assistant for our Willow Pond apartment community in Ormond Beach Florida. The ideal candidate will have a preferred amount of 1 year similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. May have exterior repairs and carpenter skills, "hand-on" experience of pressure washing, painting, sidings and overall general repair knowledge. Shift will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8-12 12:30-4:30. Job Type: Full-time Please respond with your current resume and any other relevant information. May have drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. All application will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam. We require references from prior supervisors.
