I need a tire replaced on my riding mower

I have a Ryobi 38in electric riding mower and one of the rear wheels suddenly went flat and almost completely came off while mowing. It's a 16x6.50-8 tire, "WANDA" brand. Too flat to re-inflate. I don't have a jack and have no idea how to replace tires so I'll pay a fair price for your time and materials to deal with it for me in my driveway. Text or email please. Thanks!
