CABINET INSTALLER/ASSEMBLY Uni Kraft Cabinetry is a family-owned factory-direct cabinetry store looking for the right individual to join our team. We have an immediate full-time position available for a long-term employee to join our growing team. Primary job description will be to perform cabinetry installations, quality control, and to maintain standard jobsite cleanliness. Between installations, you will be performing various supporting tasks such as service appointments, assisting the assembly line, and other general warehouse needs to keep the production and execution running smoothly. Ideal candidates look for opportunities to improve and possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with technical skills to complete daily assignments. As an employee, you will be provided with a work vehicle and the necessary gear and tools to perform installations. You will be responsible for keeping track of the tools will be required to load the tools into the truck at the end of each workday. You will also be responsible for reasonable maintenance of the tools and making sure all batteries are charged. Replacement will be provided by Uni Kraft Cabinetry for bits, blades, and worn items upon approval from supervisor. Responsibilities/Duties: • Arrive to jobsite on time in Uni Kraft shirt and appropriate work clothing. • This is a physical job that requires standing, lifting, stopping etc... Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs independently. • Ability to understand blueprint drawings, written specifications, and all other related job documents • Proficiency in the use of job specific tools to install cabinetry, hardware and trims • Base cabinets must be level for the counter tops to go on properly • Maintain a safe and clean job site; discarded wood and product packaging should be set in a neat, designated pile unless trash service is provided on the jobsite, “Broom-clean” the work area before leaving each day and vacuum clean at the end of the installation. • Manage time clock and clock in and out daily for jobs and breaks • Maintain a positive, professional, and motivated attitude • This job description is subject to change as the company grows and needs change. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid drivers license with clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Pay: • $17+ Depending on Experience
