An order fulfillment center with a very busy and diverse warehouse is looking for a smart, energetic, hard worker with at least 3 years of experience in receiving and inventory control. We need someone to be responsible for assisting warehouse manager in all oversight and to handle the warehouse receiving documentation, unloading, counting, inspecting, labelling, entering into inventory management system and putting away of all products. This is a job that keeps you constantly busy. This is an outstanding career opportunity in a growing company. Accuracy, attention to detail with numbers, organizational skills, computerized inventory system usage, ability to understand, read and write English fluently; good oral and verbal communication a must. A certification to drive a stand-up reach truck is necessary. These are not wishes they are absolute necessities to be successful at this job. We need a team player with the ability to follow instructions as requested. We also require an amazing memory! Responsibilities include: • Verifying items and quantities received (SKU/DESCRIPTION) • Be aware of total pallet, box and item counts • Sign-off packing slip when all items are verified • Keep packing slip for Daily/Event Receiving Log • Restocking experience with bin and pallet rack locations • Entering inventory adjustments into computerized inventory system • Experienced Reach Truck driver • Ability to multitask Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing. Other requirements: Dependable, punctual, mature, honest, helpful and a hard worker.
