Vendor Compliance Must have -strong computer skills. Microsoft office (email, excel, etc.). -excellent written and verbal communication in English. -attention to detail must understand what it means to be compliant with a customer. They need to be able to interpret a vendor compliance guide and put in place the best practices. Doing this to ensure that we are in compliance each time an order ships. Would like but not necessarily a must have -understanding of the shipping process. How orders are shipped out, paperwork such as BOL’s, ASN’s, etc. If they don’t know what a BOL (Bill of Lading) or ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) is then they don’t understand this process. -ERP, Microsoft great plains -WMS, Highjump -understanding of logistics. Experience with setting up shipments with customers in their shipping system. Understanding of reaching out to carriers, scheduling shipments, gaining quotes for shipments, etc. Must know, truly understand, and has worked in this position. need someone that has a proven track record of their experience and accomplishments in this area.
