For Immediate Hire. This is a 1099 position. Pierce Family Pool Service is a family owned business located in Richardson, TX. We pride ourselves in delivering top rate pool maintenance and repair service to homeowners in the extended Dallas area. We are looking for Pool Technicians who are dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and energetic to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outside with minimal oversight. It is important that in this position you are responsive and respectful of the wishes of our customers while treating them with a great measure of respect. This position is responsible for providing excellent “top end” service, handling all chemicals with care, and being sure that all processes are complete before leaving each job site. Each Pool Technician must be able to handle the following responsibilities: - Oversee and execute a full pool service route that includes netting, backwashing, brushing, vacuuming and balancing water chemistry - Use a smartphone to take pictures and record reports through our pool cleaning application - Must be able to spot and report repairs that need to be completed at each pool to the office as needed - Ability to lift 50 lbs Requirements: - Good Communicator - Excellent Work Ethic - Friendly - Dependable - even in bad weather - Valid Driver’s license - Have smart Phone for route - Valid Social Security Number - Ability to pass background check - Seasoned pool cleaner a plus, but no experience needed (willing to train the right person) - Having own truck to use for pool route a plus
