We work a 4-10 schedule Monday through Tuesday through Friday from 6:45 till around 4-6:00 pm Depending on the schedule. Maintenance: Entry-level labor pays $14/hr. for 4 weeks and is raised to $15/hr. for Route helpers Pay Raises for time with the company. Route Lead pays $16/hr. for 4 weeks and is raised to $17/hr. Route Leads with pay raise opportunities with ongoing training and time with the company. Enhancement/Utility: Small install and clean-up projects. Entry-level labor pays $15/hr. for 4 weeks and is raised to $16/hr. for helpers. People with verifiable equipment and irrigation experience will be negotiable for pay.
