Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Painter to join our team! The Assistant Painter will report to the Supervisory Painter and will be responsible for rehabbing and painting multiple long-term care facilities. Most of the work focuses on interiors of rooms after residents move out and before new residents move in; occasional exterior painting work as needed. Required Education and Experience: -2+ years' residential or commercial painting experience required -Reliable transportation and clean driving record -Ability to travel and stay overnight -Ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget -Excellent communication and team-building skills Preferred Education and Experience: -High school diploma/GED preferred -Experience in a health care, long-term care, or post-acute care setting
