Seeking Female Keyboard/Guitar Player for Original Punk/Pop Band

I'm working with a Female Power/Punk/Pop Trio consisting of Lead Guitarist/Vocalist, Bass/Backing Vocals and Drummer/Backing Vocals. Most of the bands material is Original, with a few covers sprinkled in. We're looking for a Female Keyboard player who can also play guitar to make the band a Quartet. Age range should be mid to late 20's up to 40. Must have the chops and expertise to play out Live and eventually participate in recording new material. Must be able to either read music or be able to learn songs quickly. Will need to be able to rehearse as necessary.
