We are hiring for fall season employees. SYB is searching for Housekeepers, Grounds Crew, and Recreation/Marina Attendants Housekeepers responsibilities include turning over the shipping container rental cabins in between guests stays. This involves cleaning and sanitizing all usable surfaces. Cleaning and resetting all kitchenware. Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing. Replacing all linens and utilizing on site laundry facilities to clean dirty laundry. in addition this position involves cleaning communal spaces on the property like the marina restrooms and showers. Grounds crew are responsible for the general aesthetic and upkeep of the property. This position involves mowing, weed waking, raking, mulching, digging, spreading rock, general lawn and tree care and any other duties that may fall under the scope of a groundskeeper. Recreation/Marina Attendants responsibilities include interfacing with customers when utilizing the recreation equipment or marina facilities. Maintaining and cleaning the recreation equipment. Ensuring the safe operation of all equipment and facilities. Completing some clerical tasks like filing proper paperwork for equipment rentals, boat slip rentals, RV site rentals etc.
