At one time, it was obvious what an addiction was. Usually a drunk that couldn't put down that bottle,
or an overweight person that ate two or three hamburgers at each meal. We all know them and have
heard them defend their actions by saying," I don't have a problem", usually followed by," I can quit
any time I want", or other garbage like that. My point. Cell phones are not a bad thing unless you can't
set it down long enough to look at the person sitting near you that is trying to have a verbal conversation
with you. Try this. Choose one day where you leave you phone alone (unless an emergency occurs).
If you have a hard time not reaching for it, as a drunk would reach for a bottle, then you know there is
a problem. In all things, enjoy in moderation.
