Hello, I'm a small company and need an additional hand on my jobs. Starts at $12 an hour. We want to fill the position today. Yes we start at 12 an hour because half the people don't show up or end up quitting. Must be able to lift 50 plus lbs consecutively and load a machine with materials for the job. Must be able to work in outdoor conditions. AZ is hot Must be able to work with dusty dirty building materials. We do a lot of driving and work late some days.
