Australian Shepherd desperately needs new home

In serious(desperate) need to find a new home for a 12 year Australian Shepherd. He is heart-worm negative, neutered and up to date on his rabies and distemper shots for almost another year. He comes with bowls, food, leash, collars, rain coat and a brand new dog gate that is still in the box. Plus, almost a half years worth of Heart-Worm prevention medicine. We recently moved here from Texas for a job and he's left alone in my apartment for 10+ hours a day and it's just too much for him to handle. As much as it kills me to do this, it's in his best interest. He deserves better than what I can give him right now. He's 100% house-broken and super mellow. He knows his basic commands and tricks. The first picture is a recent picture from the other day and the others are some of my favorite pictures of him. He was groomed before we moved here to prevent him from getting too hot once we got here. Please I'm begging you to help us both out. His name is Toro and he deserves to spend his senior years in a home that can give him more than I can. He does great around strangers and kids. He's not a barker at all just loves to lay around and extremely affectionate
