General Contracting company seeking maintenance handyman/general labor. Full time position Must have at least 2+ verifiable qualified employment history and references Own Truck is a plus (will drive between job sites, all within 5-mile range) Valid Drivers License Drug Test and background check required Job Description: We are a general contracting company specializing in new construction buildings in the Philly market. We build from single family houses to multifamily buildings. We are looking for an organized individual who is hard working, trust worthy, and compassionate about the industry. Responsibilities: -Company Seeking Maintenance Worker (Handyman/punch list) • Finish Carpentry and Trim Work • Drywall Repair • Painting interior walls/ceilings/millwork and exterior walls • Simple electrical and plumbing repairs • Installing wooden fences and gates • Cleaning job sites of construction debris and material • Adjusting/changing door knobs, locks, hinges, windows, and gates, as required. • Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. - You will need to be organized so that you can keep a log of what jobs have been done and what you did for those jobs. You will be given daily jobs to work on. - Ability to be a self-starter and innovator within a quickly growing company. - Proficient with Microsoft office programs and excellent with email communication. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously. - Extremely organized and pays attention to detail.
