General Position Description: Currently looking for an in-office Estimator with experience in water damage to fill an opening with Royal Water Damage located in Willow Grove, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Xactimate experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Proficient in using Xactimate & XactAnalysis; and must be tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project & Outlook) • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person) • Mitigation experience with IICRC Certifications in Water a plus • Dash software experience preferred but not required • Ensure the estimate timelines are met • Ability to multi-task • Be self-motivated and goal oriented • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently • Deliver exceptional customer service to insurance stakeholders, homeowners, and property managers • Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening & have valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-time Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 Pay Rate - $21-23/hr Based on experience What we offer: - Fully paid Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance - 401k with match - Compensated vacation time Interested?
