We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for our apartment community located in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia. We are seeking a responsible/ reliable maintenance person to join our team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: make readies, turns, work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including trash removal, cleaning of the interiors and grounds, and snow removal. Applicant must be available for scheduled “on call” rotation. Applicant should have good working knowledge of the above or be willing to learn. Excellent customer service skills. Must work well with a team, as well as the ability to work independently Must have own tools Reliable transportation On Call rotation schedule Applicants must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
