A beautiful, healthy, and large oak tree in my residential property was hit by lightning and downed in the storm of last week; the wood itself is strong, substantial, solid, and attractive! Rather than reducing it to smaller pieces that are removed and delivered to a local venue for chipping, I'd like to surrender the entire tree (especially the principal trunk) to an artisan, wood-worker, craftsman, or furniture-maker--to use for your own professionally creative purpose and vision! Here's the arrangement: Whenever your schedule permits, you slice the tree into whatever sizes/pieces that fit your project--and remove those to your workshop for fashioning. Aside from my providing you with lunch, there's no other contract (including the exchange of monies) between us. You get this spectacular, raw wood product, and I (sadly) witness it being removed from its long-standing place at my residence.
