Immersive theater company looking to fill both an assistant producer position and a lead producer position for a 13-20 day event in Dallas end of September through November 3rd. House of Spirits is an immersive theater program featuring comedians, actors, singers, musicians, improv actors, and background actors. Guests are encouraged to speak with the talent to try and uncover the hidden secrets of the mansion. Part immersive theater part cocktail soiree. This is the first season this project is in Dallas (first in New York, and second in Los Angeles), and we are so excited. We work hard, and we have fun doing it. Duties for the assistant producer position include: -Help to coordinate all aspects of the event -Managing vendor relationships -Managing show operations -Attend rehearsals as needed -Help management ensure timelines are being followed -Assisting general manager/lead producer -Assisting with set up and pre-show tasks -Assisting with post-show tasks -Using radios to communicate effectively with management and staff -Maintaining a clean and safe work place -Managing event staff, ensuring they have items needed to work their positions, assisting with breaks, etc. -Assisting with event staff replacement if needed -Any other tasks as requested by the Director/Producer Duties for the lead event producer position include: -Help to coordinate all aspects of the event -Overseeing entire event -Managing show operations -Attend rehearsals as needed -Perform site inspections -Ensure timelines are being followed -Maintaining logistical integrity of the show -Assisting with set up and pre-show tasks -Assisting with post-show tasks -Using radios to communicate effectively with management and staff -Maintaining a clean and safe work place -Managing event staff and assistant producer -Assisting with event staff replacement if needed -Maintaining an open line of communication with event Director/owner -Any other tasks as requested by the Director Wage is $20 - $35 an hour depending on experience.
