A High performance and automotive repair shop in Southern California is looking for technicians to join our team. Technicians must have some automotive background in diagnostics, mechanical aptitude and experience with European vehicles, primarily newer generation BMW and Mercedes. The applicants need not be master level technicians or have years of experience, but must be ready to work, learn and be self sufficient. We will hire the right candidate based on other factors. Job Requirements German Automotive repair experience is required - extent of experience can vary Applicants must be team oriented Flexible and Focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Have the drive to and the ability to turn 40+ hours per week. Ability to quickly master factory scan tools and procedures Take pride in your work and be detail orientated The ideal candidate will have the appropriate knowledge as well as drive to excel in this position. Attention to detail, high quality of work and positive attitude is a necessity in this position, we pride ourselves in no less than the best but are willing to work with candidates that may not be the most experienced alss.
