Need post holes dug

I have an area in our backyard where we are putting in a deck. The actual job site is recessed into our yard by about 55’’. The jobsite itself is flat. I need 9 post holes dug from scratch and the other 14 (which significant progress has already been made) finished for me. I’ll need two things done: 1- There are a total of 23 post holes that must be dug. When completed (and as stated previously, many have already been started), each hole must be 12’’ wide (to accomodate a 12’’ sonotube) and 40’’ deep (to accomodate the frost line in Indiana). 2- I need **all** of the spoils removed from the job site. Because this area where the deck is going has already been excavated, there is a large pile of dirt immediately next to the job site. You can shovel the spoils there. Some, not all, of the spoils have been left by the previous contractor. 3- You must bring your own equipment. That equipment MUST be able to dig the post holes as deep and wide as described in this ad. I will not rent tools or transport them myself. You must come prepared with an auger and bit that will extend at least 40’’ into the ground. The bit does not have to be 12’’ wide. As long as it is 8-10’’ (10’’ likely ideal) and you “walk it around” while making the post hole, this should work. Ultimately, the size of the auger that you get is up to you. I just do not want a 16’’ hole. 12-13’’ is ideal. Again, a 12’’ sonotube will need to fit into the hole. I need this work done asap. The contractor I hired has had diminishing availibility and now I am way behind schedule. It’s important this work gets done quickly. I request that you have previous experience digging post holes. My responsibilites: I will pay for your tool rental if you have one and show me a reciept. I will pay you cash the same day that you complete this work.
