Responsibilities and Duties Working in the yard, helping customers, loading trucks, inspecting materials, learning materials, unloading trucks of materials and stocking in yard. Inventory management. Help in yard, performing duties of a yardman, assisting and helping customers to load roofing materials into their trucks. Must not be afraid of heights. Properly perform your duties with safety always in mind. Keeping work area clean and free of hazards. Properly address property-damage or personal injury occurrences immediately, including calling for medical attention, as needed. Be knowledgeable regarding all Company products and services. Inspect loads for accuracy of order, before delivery. Must be able to safely lift 100 pounds. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Clean DMV record. Must pass all pre-employment, including physical examination and drug screen. Ability to lift and handle up to 100 pounds. Must have good communication skills, as well as good customers service skills. Must be able to speak and read/write in English. Must be able to physically and safely deliver products on roof.
