HB Staffing is proud to be assisting a local, faucet manufacturing company with its desire to hire a Picking Lead to work on site. Position: Picking Lead Location: Huntington Beach, Ca Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 5:15am-2:00pm Pay Rate: $18-$24/hr, depending on experience The Picking Lead is a critical role within our client's company and has a direct impact on the quality and quantity of products that they provide to its customers. The primary purpose of this position is to fill customer orders by selecting and sorting components into completed plumbing faucets and fixtures. The Picking Lead is responsible for setting the example, teaching, guiding, and assisting team members in order to successfully perform picking procedures. Responsibilities include, relaying direction from the supervisor to other team members, training, assigning and directing work, providing input/assistance to the supervisor regarding the appraisal of employee performance, resolving problems, and continuously improving processes and procedures. **MUST SUBMIT RESUME**
