HB Staffing is proud to be assisting a local, faucet manufacturing company with its desire to hire Waterbearing Assemblers. Position: 2nd Shift Waterbearing Assembler Location: Huntington Beach, Ca Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 2:15pm-11pm Pay Rate: $17/hr The Water-bearing Assembler is a critical role within the company and has a direct impact on the quality and quantity of products that our client provides to its customers. The primary purpose of this position is to fill customer orders by testing and assembling components into completed plumbing faucets and fixtures. When performing this job, the following activities are required: -Assembling plumbing systems and fixtures (spouts, valves, showerheads, etc.) -Water pressure and flow testing on required assemblies. -Inspection of finished components during assembly to conform to quality standards. -Notifying team leader of quality variances and parts shortages. -Operating hand tools. -Carrying or transporting orders to different staging areas utilizing material handling equipment, such as push carts. -Scanning tickets into the ERP computer system and occasionally retrieving order information. -Performing corrective maintenance on water systems such as valves and blow-offs. -Performing additional assignments per supervisor’s discretion. *MUST SUBMIT RESUME*
