Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add skilled general maintenance contractors to our team. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance NOT turns or rehabs. Quality and reliability are the keys to success with us, and we have steady work to offer. Must have: -Own truck -Own tools (we will provide and purchase supplies as needed for jobs.) Looking for someone who can do a least 2 of the following: -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Drywall/texture/painting -Fence work -Roof repairs -General handyman/maintenance work Our Company: - This is not a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work. - We are NOT looking for someone to "sell" when on site. We send you to get the work done, and any jobs we assign to you will be yours to complete. -We pay for all materials. - This is a 1099 contractor position. - We operate off of an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures.
