NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: LEADMEN FOREMEN IRRIGATION TECHNICIANS: Job Responsibilities: · Repair irrigation leaks including drip tube, valves, lateral lines, mainline, and drains. · Repair/Replace irrigation valves. · Install and adjust irrigation timers. · Conducts regular system inspections and perform routine troubleshooting or irrigation systems. · Use hand tools such as shovel, pickaxe, rakes, pipe cutters. · Remove and replace plant material including ground cover, plants, shrubs and trees as needed to repair irrigation problems. · Communicate effectively with American Landscape Superintendent and customers as needed. · Ensure work vehicle has proper tools and materials necessary to execute all work projects. Qualifications: · Knowledge of irrigation systems including valves, sprinkler heads, drip systems, back flows, and master valves. · Knowledge of various irrigation timers. · Efficient at reading and understanding blueprints and color coded irrigation charts. · Ability to repair valves, lateral lines, drip tube, and main line. · Ability to remove and plant multiple varieties of ground cover, shrubs, plants, and trees. · Ability to effectively communicate present information and respond to questions, both verbal and written. · Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision. · Ability to work independently. · Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail · Must be a licensed driver in the state of California with a clean driving record. All drivers must be approved by our insurance carrier. · Bilingual speech is highly encouraged. Physical Demands: · Stand and walk for extended periods of time. · Ability to frequently move supplies of up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift weight consisting of 75pounds. Work Environment: · Working outdoors in various weather conditions. · Interaction with staffand customers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to$19.00 /hour MAINTENANCE LANDSCAPE LABORERS (In redlands and victorville) Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Gather and remove litter. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds features. Able to tolerate various weather conditions Tasks: - Able to bend, kneel, stop, kneel, walk up to 8 hours per day -Must be able to lift 50 pounds -Must be able to carry a 5 gal backpack sprayer -Must be able to climb hillsides Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour *CUSTOMER SERVICE IN IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Landscaping And Irrigation to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Repair any leaks in sprinkler systems Replace any damaged or faulty piping or sprinkler heads Repair issues with sod or plants etc. Set timers ​Qualifications: Previous experience in Customer Service, Irrigation and Landscaping is REQUIRED Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be bilingual Knowledge of computer and smart phone use for emails. Strong communication skills required. Must have Drivers license and Insurance Payrate: $ 20.00 - $24.00 hour
