Description
Looking for experienced Porter to assist in general apartment complex with cleaning and some lite maintenance. We are looking for a porter to join our team. If hired, you'll play an integral role in keeping our building in a clean and orderly condition. You'll also help us in some lite maintenance. Must be responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots/carports, laundry rooms, vacant units, bathrooms, and assist management team with other various tasks if required. Must have a good attitude and able to take orders from your superiors and a team player a must! and represent our community and yourself in a respectful professional matter.
