Termite and Fungus damages repairs experience is ideal. Good Common Sense, Hard working Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling of job materials. Good communications skills. The successful candidate will possess a wide variety of basic skills including painting, electrical and carpentry. Strong drywall install and repair skills preferred. Must be a self-starter, work well alone, and be capable of problem solving repair work assignments. Starting wage will be determined on experience, with salary increases based on performance. A monthly fuel allowance will be provided. We are interested in serious applicants only, who meet the above criteria. Work history and references will be verified. We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol.
