Traveling to Boston

I'm planning on taking a leisure type trip to the Boston area soon (before mid October). My question is: are the area restaurants now open to the public for dine-in seating? What about other venues--tours, coffee shops, etc.? Also, I am a Huge Red Sox fan. Is the public being allowed in to see games? (If it matters I saw Jon Lester throw a no-hitter against the Royals in 2008). Thank you
