Seeking a new home for abandoned Dachshund

Forewarning - we are uncertain about this dog's health. He may not be cheap to care for so please only respond if you have the means to help an older dog with some health problems. A very sweet Dachshund was abandoned near my mom's farm. We're currently fostering him but can't be his forever home (doesn't get along with another dog). He's very sweet but elderly, possibly with some issues with tooth decay. He occasionally (once or twice a month) has seizures but they don't seem to hurt him. We've been calling him Jack Jack. He's very loving and anxious about being alone since being abandoned, so we really don't want him to go to a shelter but need to find him a forever home.
