Must produce high quality results and follow instruction of the project Project expected to last three days (Friday, Sat, and Sunday) 10 hour shifts each day ( start time 8am / 630pm end time each day) 30 minute lunch will be provided each day with local restaurant food provided. Plenty of water and other free drinks for selected handyman Over 500 Sq ft of Plank vinyl flooring to finish house ( most of house is complete) - one installer helper will be provided to snap in flooring. Hired handyman will be responsible to do all cuts and ensure quality of installation. Where flooring is needed to be completed 3' base board must be installed. Handyman must know how to effectively and efficiently make quality cuts showing no errors. An Exterior door has been roughed in and needs to have trim finishings on both the interior and the exterior. This will require some adjustments of the door opening to have proper flush fit. Properly weather seal both inner and outer of the door. Roof minor repairs will be done with sealant and other roofing materials / Reassembly of living room cabinet Re-routing of chains and other sub-standard electrical items. Electrical experience takes you to the top of the list. Some other minor handyman repairs as homeowner decides if time allows. Must have experience with these projects with quality work/ Do not apply if not qualified Must have own tools to complete these tasks.
