I am looking for someone to renovate ONE bathroom and sand a fire place. Pictures of job available upon request after you provide credentials. Details of bathroom job: Remove all wall tile through out the bathroom replace tub w/new white tub replace vanity tile tub surround paint wall where exiting room tile was install gfci outlet tile floor replace existing toilet remove and dispose all trash *re-use existing plumbing * details of fireplace repainting: Sand/prime & paint entire fireplace that is currently polyurethaned. 30% deposit to begin job. You must provide your drivers license and sign an agreement, too many sketchy scammers appearing to be contractors to get the job. If that hurts your feelings please move along.
