Compensation: $14 to $18 - based on experience/aptitude Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: Multi-task capable individual to perform work in any and all of the following tasks - • Preparation of residential remodel repair sites. • Demolition – cabinetry, drywall, flooring, etc. • Residential post construction clean up. • Perform detailed packing and packaging of residential contents. • Load/unload/transport construction material, supplies, and residential contents. • Assist with remodel/repairs task as needed. Minimum Employment Qualifications/Requirements - • Must be able to pass a nationwide background check. • Active Driver’s License • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. – Strong backs. • Strong communication skills, able to communicate with management, staff, and the client. • Follow instruction and procedure and if needed, notate site given detail. • Professional appearance a must.  Work is scheduled Monday thru Friday – 8 AM – 5 PM  Site commute in provided company truck.  Paid major holidays (6).  (1) Week PTO after first, (2) weeks PTO after second year.  No health benefits available at this time.  Supplement benefits available.  Future growth opportunities available.
