You must have a flexible schedule to work at night and in the early hours of the morning. Pressure washing of the kitchen exhaust system: hoods, ducts and exhaust fans. Operation of cleaning equipment such as pressure washers. Physical requirements include: Lift and transport up to 50 pounds, work in small or narrow areas, kneel and stand for long periods of time, climbing stairs and use of ladders. We will train you on all aspects of the job.
