Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building to include Strip & wax, Carpet Cleaning, Scrub & recoat, grounds and fixtures by performing the following duties: Trash removal, Sweeps, vacuum, mops floors, disinfects facilities, dusting Picks up parking lot debris, washes and burnishes floors, and Performs other related duties as assigned.
